This hard metal dive suit allows divers to operate safely down to a depth of 1000 feet and yet still have exceptional dexterity and flexibility to perform delicate work. The amazing technology of the EXOSUIT atmospheric diving system (ADS) maintains a cabin pressure of the surface and still allows the suit to bend due to a unique rotary joint invented by Phil Nuytten.
A 2000 ft. version of the Exosuit will soon be available with the same innovative features as available on our standard Exosuit 1000.
The one-atmosphere DeepWorker 2000 submersible allows a pilot to go deeper and spend more time below the surface than traditional diving methods. The compact and lightweight DeepWorker 2000 is easy to operate and can be piloted with minimal training. Horizontal and vertical thrusters give unparalleled manoeuvrability; the DeepWorker 2000 can hover and ‘fly’ underwater.
DeepWorker 2000 is also available in a 3300ft (1000m) configuration as a DeepWorker 3000.
The Dual DeepWorker 2000 is a two-person, one atmosphere submersible that can operate in depths up to 2000 feet. Each person has a 24-inch diameter acrylic viewing dome, which gives an expansive field of view and is used to enter/exit the submersible. The Dual DeepWorker 2000 has a favourable weight to power ratio and six thrusters, giving it superb manoeuvrability. Dual DeepWorker 2000 is equipped with PAX controls, meaning the pilot can pass the control to the passenger.
The Dual DeepWorker 2000 is also available in a 3300 foot (1000m) configuration.
ORCASUB is a two person, 2000-foot depth rated ‘flying’ submersible. Utilizing Nuytco's patented, welded steel pilot hulls allows for a more comfortable, “business class” cockpit for each pilot. ORCASUB also benefits by incorporating Nuytco's aluminum battery cylinders thereby allowing for a variety of battery types to be employed, which are easily hot-swappable in the field. Long range underwater communications, advanced sonar capability and a powerful lighting package are standard equipment on every ORCASUB. A training course for two pilots and one crew chief is included.
